Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026. JUPITER SOLUTIONS LTD.

Draft: 1 section is awaiting legal review before launch.

About these terms

These terms apply when your business buys a service from JUPITER SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15230488), registered office Avc House, 21 Northampton Lane, Swansea, Wales, SA1 4EH. Our services are for businesses, not consumers. Subscriptions also follow our subscription and cancellation terms.

Our agreement starts when you pay or accept a quote. If documents disagree, your written quote or order comes first, then the subscription and cancellation terms, then these terms.

Our services and prices

Each service and its price is described on our website or in a written quote. We'll tell you before starting any work that costs extra, such as printing, ad spend or usage beyond an allowance.

Some services include another company's fee, such as a loyalty platform, printing or ad spend. We pass these on at cost.

For quoted work, such as a website or an AI receptionist setup, you pay 50% to start and 50% on completion. Invoices are due within 14 days.

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

Your part

Give us accurate information and the access we need, for example adding us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. We'll never ask for your passwords.

Only give us logos, photos and text you have the right to use, and let us use them to provide your services.

Don't use our services to collect reviews unfairly: no rewards for reviews, no fake reviews, and no filtering out unhappy customers. See our honest reviews policy.

Ownership

Your business name, content, photos, domain and Google listing stay yours. We keep ownership of our own templates and software, and give you the right to use them while you're a customer.

Once a website we build for you is paid for in full, its content and design are yours. If you leave, we'll hand over your domain and site files.

With your permission, we may show work we've done for you in our portfolio.

Data we handle for you

When we handle your customers' information for you, such as private feedback, loyalty sign-ups or calls to your AI receptionist, you decide how it's used and we act as your processor.

We only use that information to provide your services and as you instruct, keep it confidential and secure, and only use the providers named in our privacy notice. We'll help you respond to requests from your customers, tell you without undue delay if there's a breach, and delete or return the information when our agreement ends.

Hosted menus and allergensNeeds legal review

You supply your menu and keep it up to date, including dishes, prices, dietary labels and allergens. We publish what you give us; we don't check it against your kitchen.

Allergen information on your menu comes only from you. We only turn on the allergy filter once you've confirmed to us in writing (an email or WhatsApp message is fine) that the allergens listed for each dish are correct. Tell us straight away when a recipe, ingredient or supplier changes; until the change is confirmed, the filter stays off.

The filter hides dishes containing the allergens you've listed. It doesn't promise that a dish is free from an allergen, and every menu asks guests to speak to your team before ordering. As the food business, you remain responsible for the allergen information you give guests.

We're not responsible for loss caused by menu or allergen information you supplied being wrong or out of date.

Liability

We'll provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We can't control third parties such as Google, and we don't promise rankings, review numbers or sales.

An AI receptionist can misunderstand callers, so please check its messages and call summaries. We're not responsible for a missed booking or enquiry beyond the limit below.

We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you under any contract is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending our agreement

Subscriptions can be cancelled as set out in our subscription and cancellation terms.

We may pause or end a service if a payment is overdue, or if it's used to collect reviews unfairly.

If you cancel one-off work before we start, we'll refund you in full. Once work has started, we'll refund what you've paid less the work already done.

Changes and law

We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
