Subscription and cancellation terms

Table-card plans start with a 30-day free trial, once per venue. When you sign up you pay a one-off setup and cards fee, on monthly and annual plans alike, along with any other setup fee for what you've chosen, such as a menu or loyalty setup. We save your card details securely with Stripe, but take no plan payment during the trial.

About a week before your trial ends we'll email you a summary. If you don't cancel or change your plan before day 30, your subscription starts and you're charged for your first period.

Monthly plans are charged monthly in advance. Annual plans are charged yearly in advance and cost the same as ten months. Add-ons are billed with your plan.

If you switch plan, your next bill is adjusted for the time left in the current period.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it still can't be collected, we may pause your table page until it's sorted.

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

AI receptionist plans include a set number of call minutes and texts each month. Unused allowance doesn't roll over. Extra usage is prepaid, and unused prepaid credit isn't refunded as cash but can be put towards any of our other services.

Website Care change time doesn't roll over from one month to the next.

Setup fees, such as for an AI receptionist or a hosted menu, pay for work we do at the start, so they aren't refunded once that work is done.

You can cancel at any time from your billing account, by emailing us or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancelling during the free trial means no plan payment is taken.

After the trial, cancelling stops future payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans aren't refunded for unused months.

The setup and cards fee pays for preparing your page and producing your cards, so it isn't refunded once your cards have been made.

Your cards are yours to keep. After you cancel, they keep working as a plain link to your Google review page, so a customer never taps a dead card.
