Honest reviews policy

Last updated 19 October 2026. JUPITER SOLUTIONS LTD.

Every customer can leave a public review

Everyone who taps a Jupiter card sees the same Google review button. We never ask people how they felt first and then hide the review button from unhappy customers (known as review gating).

This policy follows Google's review policies and UK consumer law on fake and incentivised reviews.

Private feedback is an extra, never a filter

Customers can also send feedback privately to the venue. That option always sits beside the public review button, never instead of it.

No rewards and no fake reviews

Offers on a venue's page are open to everyone and never depend on leaving a review. Loyalty stamps and points are never given for leaving a review.

We don't write reviews, buy reviews or ask staff or friends to post them, and we won't work with businesses that want us to.

Replying to reviews

When we look after a venue's reviews, we reply as the business, never as a customer, and the owner approves every reply before it's posted.

We never pay for, hide or remove genuine reviews, including negative ones. We only report a review to Google if it breaks Google's own rules, such as spam or abuse.

Honest reporting

Our reports count how often cards were tapped and which buttons were pressed. We don't claim those taps became reviews, because we can't know that, and we never promise a number of reviews or a star rating.
