About paying us.
What do I pay on day one?
On a monthly plan, just the one-off setup and cards fee: £99 for up to 10 tables. Smart Table Plus adds a £99 menu setup. Your plan is free for 30 days, then billing starts.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. The setup and cards fee is the same as on monthly plans, and you still get the 30-day free trial before the first yearly payment.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. You can change plan or cancel from your account before the trial ends, or at any time after. If you cancel, your cards keep working as a plain Google review link.
Is VAT included?
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add.
Are there any other costs?
Only things you choose: printing for menus and campaigns is charged at cost, ad spend is yours, and AI receptionist usage beyond your allowance is prepaid. We'll always tell you before anything is added.
