What is Smart Table?
Flat cards for your tables. When a customer taps one with their phone, or scans its QR code, a page opens with your Google review button, a private feedback form, your Wi-Fi details, your menu and this week's offer. It's £29 a month.
How does the free trial work?
You pay a one-off setup and cards fee (£99 for up to 10 tables) and we set up your page and get your cards to you. Smart Table is then free for 30 days. About a week before the trial ends we'll email you a usage summary. If you do nothing it continues at £29 a month; you can change plan or cancel before then.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Most phones open the page with a tap on the card, and every card also has a QR code. The page opens in their normal browser.
What happens if I cancel?
Your cards keep working as a plain link to your Google review page, so no customer ever taps a dead card.
Do you filter out bad reviews?
No. Every customer gets the same Google review button. Private feedback is offered beside it, never instead of it.
Is VAT included?
We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add to our prices.
What if I have more tables?
You can sign up online for up to 40 tables. For bigger venues, book a quick call and we'll sort the cards with you.
